mtms.ae helps you compare and understand shipping options for translator pens from different merchants. We are not the seller or shipper. All shipping and delivery arrangements are handled by the merchant, supplier, or courier you choose during your external purchase.
How Shipping Works
When you place an order on a merchant’s site, that merchant is responsible for packing, dispatching, and delivering your item. Delivery times, courier tracking, and shipping fees depend on the merchant’s policy, your destination, and the courier’s process. mtms.ae does not control or manage any part of the shipping process.
Our Role as an Intermediary
If you have a delivery-related question, you can send it to contact@mtms.ae. We can receive your request and, if you provide enough non-sensitive order context (such as the order reference, merchant name, and destination country), we may forward the relevant details to the merchant or supplier. We cannot track your order directly or change delivery arrangements.
What to Expect
- Shipping costs and estimated delivery windows are set by the merchant or marketplace.
- Customs handling, import duties, and failed-delivery outcomes depend on the destination country and courier procedures.
- Tracking updates are provided by the merchant or courier, not by mtms.ae.
